Refund Policy
This policy applies to Open Shinobi digital products and services published by NatadTech Solutions OPC.
General Rule
- Digital purchases are generally final once delivered.
- This includes digital tokens, cosmetics, and other downloadable or account-bound digital goods.
Limited Exceptions
- Refunds may be issued when required by applicable law.
- Refunds may be issued when explicitly stated in a product-specific offer.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Duplicate purchase caused by user error where consumed value already exists.
- Inactivity or failure to use purchased content.
- Pricing changes, promotions, or bundle updates after purchase.
- Violations of terms, abuse, fraud, or chargeback misuse.
Fraud and Abuse Controls
- We may deny refund requests connected to suspicious or abusive activity.
- Chargeback abuse may result in account restrictions or termination.
Third-Party Platform Purchases
- If you buy through an external platform, that platform’s refund rules apply first.
- We may still review account-level actions for abuse prevention.
