Open Shinobi is published by NatadTech Solutions OPC and created by Adam Natad.

By accessing or using this website and any related Open Shinobi services, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate account information when required.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or restrict access for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or harmful behavior.

In-Development Status

  • Open Shinobi is currently in development.
  • Features, balancing, progression, and availability may change without notice.
  • Access timelines, testing windows, and launch phases are not guaranteed.

Tokens and Cosmetics

  • Open Shinobi may offer digital tokens and cosmetics.
  • Tokens and cosmetics are digital items only and do not represent real-world currency, securities, or ownership in NatadTech Solutions OPC.
  • Digital purchases are generally final once delivered, unless required otherwise by law or explicitly stated in a product-specific policy.
  • Any attempt to exploit payment systems, reverse transactions, or abuse chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

Gameplay and Fair Use of Services

  • You agree not to cheat, exploit, automate, disrupt, reverse engineer protected systems, or abuse matchmaking and reward flows.
  • We may validate mission completion, rewards, and inventory state server-side and remove invalid gains.
  • We may modify or disable systems that are harmful to service integrity.

Intellectual Property

  • Open Shinobi and related assets are protected by intellectual property law.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected game/site content without written permission.
  • Third-party trademarks and assets remain property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

  • We may rely on third-party services for infrastructure, payments, analytics, authentication, or communications.
  • Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

Warranty and Liability

  • Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

  • Parties should attempt good-faith resolution through official support channels first.
